About 5th Street Enterprises
5th Street Enterprises was founded by Robert Samia - a long-time resident and business owner in Fauquier County. He has raised his 3 grown children in this county and is a new grandfather to a baby girl this year. Robert owns a business park in Old Town Warrenton where his office is located and is a resident of The Plains. Robert holds a Class A contractors license with a CBC and RBC designation which allows him to build commercial and residential. He is a local real estate investor residentially and commercially for the last 40 years in and around the Fauquier County surrounding area.
He has a passion for renovating and building quality custom home products at a fair price to the consumer. Robert has an eye for detail and prides himself on using quality craftsmen and materials. A few things he loves are Hardie plank siding, handmade custom cabinetry, and real hardwood floors. He builds homes that he himself would want to live in and pays attention to clients' wants and needs in their new custom homes. Robert works alongside an architect that can help design the perfect floor plan for your lifestyle. His past clients have great things to say about their homes and the experience in building with Robert. He believes in service after the sale and that his homeowners are his best advertising.
